  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
  • You must provide a valid reason for your refund request
  • Technical issues that prevent you from accessing our service may qualify for a refund

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for the refund. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after the 14-day refund period
  • If you have already downloaded or extensively used the premium report
  • If the service was purchased as part of a promotional offer or discount
